What about me ?
When I was little, other than playing childhood games outside, I have been interested in playing video games. Maybe the effect of the video games I played, maybe not, computers have always fascinated me. The curiosity in me about how computer programs are written and displayed on the screen led me to become a Computer Engineer. …and later, later on, I became one and never regret it…

Becoming a Computer Engineer
I succeed to become a computer engineer by graduating from Computer Engineering Department of Yeditepe University in 2006. After graduation, I decided to extend my academic career with a master’s degree. Due to my good performance and grades, I was admitted to Computer Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University and received my M.Sc. degree in 2010.
Work Life…
As a software engineer, I have worked for worldwide enterprise companies namely Nortel(Netas/Istanbul), Vodafone(Istanbul), and eBay(Gittigidiyor/Istanbul). All of them were great experiences in terms of different company cultures, friendships and technology usages.
What else…
Besides everything, I am kinda a tech freak, I love cutting-edge technologies. I specifically follow the latest advancements in mobile technology, computer software, and hardware technologies. I enthusiast in software design, especially web application programming.
Moreover, I like almost every kind of sport. I enjoy playing football and basketball. I like sports in nature as tracking, orienteering, and rafting. Furthermore, I frequently go to fitness. Additionally, I am a big fan of Fenerbahçe.
I am into playing board games like chess, chinese backgammon, and othello(reversi). I am not a master in these games, but trying to be. (especially in othello)
I enjoy watching movies and TV series. I mostly prefer science-fiction films which are elegantly scripted and directed.
Likewise, I also love traveling and exploring beautiful places. I would like to add more travel destinations to the list of places I have visited…
Eating different types of foods is my other hobby. I love tasting interesting things and experimenting with new cuisines. In this sense, I could have been happy to be a gourmet 🙂
Lastly, I enjoy solving puzzles, discussing creative ideas, and brainstorming. I believe smart things make the difference.
